Ès. J Brow Club is a private brow and beauty experience in Williamsburg Va specializing in elevated, low-maintenance results. Each service is thoughtfully tailored to enhance your natural features while delivering a clean, luxurious finish. Appointments are by booking only and availability is limited. A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Accepted payment methods: CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash, or Card I look forward to welcoming you 🤍 Booking deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time. No-Show Policy: No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in the loss of your deposit. Clients will also be charged 100% of the total service cost for any no-show appointments. Future appointments will require full payment upfront to book. ⚠️ Brow Service Contraindications & Important Information For your safety and best results, brow services may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing or using any of the following: • Active skin conditions in the brow area (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sunburn, open wounds) • Recent use of Accutane (within the last 6–12 months) • Use of retinol, tretinoin, or exfoliating acids on or near the brow area within the last 7–10 days • Recent chemical peels, laser treatments, or microneedling in the brow area • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (please disclose for tinting/lamination services) • Known allergies to tint, stain, or lamination solutions Clients must disclose all skin conditions, medications, and treatments prior to service. Results and eligibility will be assessed during consultation, and services may be adjusted or declined if contraindications are present. Pre-Appointment Preparation To ensure optimal results, please review the following before your appointment: • Avoid Retinol, exfoliants, and active skincare around the brow area for at least 7 days • No brow tinting, lamination, waxing, or threading 2 weeks prior • Arrive with clean brows (no makeup, oils, or brow products) • Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning before your appointment • If you have sensitive skin, please notify me in advance Failure to follow prep guidelines may affect results or require service adjustment. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late will need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. This allows me to stay on schedule and give every client the time and attention they deserve. Squeeze-In Appointments Squeeze-in appointments are offered on a limited basis and include a $30 fee in addition to the service price. Availability is not guaranteed.
